The ADW600 series is a new generation of low-voltage power metering devices developed by Acrel. Its core focus is on centralized metering and monitoring of multiple circuits in low-voltage distribution cabinets, distribution boxes, and end-point distribution circuits. It perfectly covers high-frequency scenarios such as industrial plants, commercial complexes, data centers, office buildings, power distribution renovation in old residential areas, and industrial park power distribution, solving the efficiency and cost challenges of multi-circuit metering from the source.

1. Modular Design, Flexible Expansion for Greater Convenience

Adopting a gateway + metering module separate architecture, it supports the free selection of modules such as voltage, current, switch quantity, temperature measurement, and leakage current measurement. Modules are connected via standard network cables for plug-and-play functionality.

A single gateway can support flexible expansion to multiple circuits, monitoring up to 12 three-phase circuits.

Eliminate traditional dense wiring, resulting in a cleaner cabinet layout and significantly improved renovation efficiency.


2. All-scenario communication, effortless remote management

Built-in Ethernet, WiFi, 4G, and other communication methods, data is uploaded to the cloud in real time, eliminating the need for on-site meter reading. It supports integration with enterprise energy management platforms and power distribution monitoring systems, enabling remote monitoring, remote meter reading, anomaly alarms, and energy consumption statistical analysis.


 

The ADW600 multi-circuit metering modules are connected via network cables. BUS-IN is the incoming interface, and BUS-OUT is the outgoing interface. Connect sequentially from the ADW600 series smart gateway or power module; do not reverse the connections.

The ADW600-U requires a load voltage signal. Refer to the wiring diagram below. Connect terminals 11-14 to the UA, UB, UC, and UN voltage signals respectively. If using a three-phase three-wire connection, connect terminals 11-13 to the UA, UB, and UC voltage signals, and then short-circuit UB to the UN terminal.



The ADW600-I requires a load current signal. Refer to the wiring diagram below. The standard current transformer has an RJ12 interface, which can be inserted into the meter terminal. Then, attach the three current transformers to the load cable according to the indicated direction.



Connect the ADW600-K to the switch input or output signal lines as needed. Note that the COM port is the common terminal. Refer to the wiring diagram below.



The ADW600-TL can be connected to the temperature measurement signal line or the residual current transformer signal line as needed. Note that the COM port is the common terminal of adjacent measurement circuits. The specific wiring diagram is as follows.
